I honour the living lineage of the wisdom I share and bow to the teachers & ancestors whose names were washed away by colonization, slavery, white supremacy, patriarchy, capitalism, class oppression and systemic inequity.

I acknowledge that the practices and methods that enrich my (body)work and spiritual path are a living proof of the cultural resilience and silenced resistance of racialised people facing inhumane realities.
